Making A Purchase Credit card processing is powered by HSBC 
Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our website, putting any items you wish to buy into your shopping trolley. When you have completed your selection, click on “Checkout” and fill in your Delivery and Billing details. Finally connect to HSBC’s secure payment system to enter your credit card number.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling 
If the parcel is small we will post it, if it is too big to post it will be sent by public carrier.

Delivery Schedule 
Your goods will normally be dispatched within three working days of receipt of your order and credit card details, provided we have stocks. We will advise you of any delay.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will ship as soon as stock becomes available.

You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee
All of our products can be returned free of charge within 28 days for any reason, but please call us first to arrange the return.

After 28 days all carriage costs must be borne by the customer and returns that are not in a saleable condition will result in a credit of only 60% of the cost.

Privacy Policy 
TFH do not disclose any information to third parties, other than as required by HSBC our online partner, to verify credit card details. 
Buyer’s information is held for three years on our database – we believe that most customers expect to receive our next catalog. 
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.
